TerraLing meeting

TerraLing is a collection of searchable linguistic databases structured around binary properties of languages, or of certain types of expressions within a language. The property values and examples for specific languages are provided by native speaker linguists. The system is designed to be open access and can be extended with new data sets at any time.

This meeting serves four purposes:

  1. introducing TerraLing to people who have not previously worked with the database but are interested in doing so,
  2. first steps for prospective language consultants,
  3. first steps for people who want to create their own TerraLing project,
  4. bringing together experienced users of the platform.

There will be drinks.
